Refund and exchange policy
At ZEYLAND, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your experience with us. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, we are happy to offer you the option of exchange or return according to the following policy and terms:
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges at ZEYLAND are available within 5 days only from the receipt of your order. All you need to do:
- Contact our customer service team and message us on WhatsApp (+966 55 078 7002), and we will get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours.
- The product you wish to exchange will reach us within 1-7 business days. After the product is received, inspected, and verified for all accessories, the replacement order will be shipped.
Exchange Terms:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the card still attached to the item, along with the complete packaging and box.
- The customer bears the shipping costs from the customer to the store and vice versa.
- After the issuance of the policy by ZEYLAND, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
- Exchange is allowed only once and the replacement order cannot be returned.
- The customer must pay the price difference for the exchanged products, if applicable.
Return Policy:
Returns at ZEYLAND are available within 3 days only from the receipt of your order. All you need to do:
- Contact our customer service team on the website or message us on WhatsApp (+966 55 078 7002), and we will get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours.
Return Terms:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the card still attached to the item, along with the complete packaging and box.
- Refunds are only available for the value of the products and do not include shipping, delivery, or return charges.
- After the issuance of the policy by ZEYLAND, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company, whether it is SMSA or Aramex.
- The customer is entitled to a return at no cost if the product is defective or damaged, and ZEYLAND will bear all costs after inspecting the product and confirming the damage.
- The value of the returned products will be transferred to your account once we confirm receipt of the return, after deducting the shipping service fees mentioned above.
- The duration of receiving the refund may vary depending on the bank requirements and will not exceed 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
